A collaboration with New York based ceramic artist Romy Northover. Romy's hand thrown porcelain floating Jar features a stepped base and crackle glaze finish, paired with Wooden & Woven lathe turned Olive wood lid. Both jar and lid are stepped so as to appear floating slightly, and minimal form highlights the jar's depth of glaze and the lid's ancient olive wood marbling.

Romy holds a BA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London and has spent time living and working in Hong Kong, Venice and Berlin before opening her studio at Togei Kyoshitsu in New York in 2012. Traditionally trained in European ceramics, Romy is currently using the Japanese techniques of Kinuneri, Tebineri and Rokuro. Her style is ancient future. No. Is now based in Long Island City New York at 'Sculpture Space NYC'
